How much does real estate photography cost in Bradenton, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch?

Pricing depends on the services you need. HDR listing photos start at $165 for properties up to 2,999 sq ft. Drone photos are $95 for 5 aerial images. Twilight photos are $140 for 4 images. Virtual staging is $10 per photo. Social media videos start at $170 for a 60-second video. Full pricing is available on the services page - and there are no travel fees anywhere in Manatee or Sarasota counties.


How do I order a real estate photography session?

The easiest way is through your client portal at stacey-marie-photography.hd.pics/order - you can place an order, select your services, and manage your photos all in one place. Prefer to keep it simple? Just call, text, or email me directly and I'll get you set up.

How far in advance do I need to book?

At least 24 hours ahead is ideal. I can sometimes accommodate same-day shoots depending on my schedule, but I can't guarantee it. The earlier you reach out the better - especially during busy listing seasons.

How quickly will I get my photos?

Guaranteed within 24 hours of your shoot — and I usually have them back to you the next morning. Videos are delivered next day as well. I know you need to get listings live fast and I don't make you wait.

When is payment due?

Payment is collected at the time of ordering. Agents I work with regularly can be set up with a pay-at-download option for added convenience. I also offer Titus - a pay-at-close option - for qualifying orders.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Once I'm on my way to the property, cancellations are not possible. Rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something comes up, just reach out as early as possible and I'll do my best to work with you.

Do you photograph occupied and vacant properties?

Both. Whether the home is fully furnished, vacant, or somewhere in between, I can work with it. For vacant properties, virtual staging is a great option - I can make an empty room look fully furnished for just $10 per photo, delivered within 24 hours.

Do you photograph new construction?

Absolutely - new construction is one of my specialties. From builder model homes to completed new builds, I know how to showcase the features that matter most to buyers.

What services do you offer beyond listing photos?

Full service means full service. In addition to HDR listing photos I offer twilight and virtual twilight photos, drone aerial photos, drone video, social media video, Zillow and Matterport 3D virtual tours with floor plans, virtual staging, agent headshots, and branding photos.
I also offer a Marketing Kit and Property Website - automatically generated for your listing and ready to go alongside your photos. Here's what's in it:

  • A customizable single-property website with photo gallery, video support, floor plan embedding, lead capture form, and Google map integration - no 40-photo limit
  • Automated property flyers in a variety of designs, ready to send to your seller or customize yourself

How should I prepare a property before your arrival?

The short version - declutter everything, turn on all lights, replace any burned out bulbs, move cars out of the driveway, close the garage door, and hide anything personal or distracting. Here are the most important items across every room:

General: Clean and dust the whole property. Remove visible clutter. Clear countertops and shelves. Turn off all TVs and computer screens. Turn on all lights and replace burned out bulbs. Remove plug-in air fresheners. Hide pet dishes, toys, and beds.

Outdoors: Move cars from the driveway and front of the property. Remove garbage bins, hoses, garden tools, and toys. Close the garage door. Mow and edge the lawn. Prune bushes and trees. Clean the pool and pool area.

Kitchen: Remove small appliances, garbage cans, and towels from countertops. Empty the sink. Remove items from the fridge door. Push in chairs and add a simple centerpiece to the dining table.

Living Room: Hide remote controls, extension cords, and cables. Remove clutter from end tables and shelves. Arrange furniture to make the room look as large as possible.

Bedrooms: Make the bed and arrange pillows. Hide laundry baskets, personal items, and anything under the bed. Close closet doors. Hide remote controls and cables.

Bathrooms: Remove toothbrushes, razors, and personal items. Clean mirrors and the toilet. Hang fresh towels.

Yes! And there are no travel fees anywhere in Manatee or Sarasota counties. I serve Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Palmetto, Ellenton, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Venice, Nokomis, Englewood, and surrounding areas. I can even travel up into the St. Petersburg/Tampa area.
